Peanut Butter Layer
60g Oatmeal
75g Peanut Butter Powder
50g Whey Protein Powder
Pinch of Salt
120g Greek Yogurt
45g Almond Milk
Chocolate Layer
30g Chocolate
5g Coconut Oil
Directions
Blend your oatmeal to form oat flour.
Add all your dry ingredients for the peanut butter layer into a bowl and mix. Then add greek yogurt and almond milk and mix. I recommend you start with 30g of almond milk, and slowly add more if needed.
Put the peanut butter layer on parchment paper and shape into a long rectangle.
Add chocolate and coconut oil to a bowl and microwave in 20s intervals until melted. Stir well to combine.
Add chocolate layer on top of peanut butter layer.
