Peanut butter cup protein bars

These peanut butter protein bars taste exactly like a Reese’s cup. They’re fudgy and have a thick peanut butter layer. They only cost $0.90 per protein bar, making them cheaper than any protein bar you can buy.

Ingredients

Peanut Butter Layer

  • 60g Oatmeal
  • 75g Peanut Butter Powder
  • 50g Whey Protein Powder
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 120g Greek Yogurt
  • 45g Almond Milk

Chocolate Layer

  • 30g Chocolate
  • 5g Coconut Oil

Directions

  1. Blend your oatmeal to form oat flour.
  2. Add all your dry ingredients for the peanut butter layer into a bowl and mix. Then add greek yogurt and almond milk and mix. I recommend you start with 30g of almond milk, and slowly add more if needed.
  3. Put the peanut butter layer on parchment paper and shape into a long rectangle.
  4. Add chocolate and coconut oil to a bowl and microwave in 20s intervals until melted. Stir well to combine.
  5. Add chocolate layer on top of peanut butter layer.
  6. Freeze for 30 mins or refrigerate for 1 hour.
  7. Slice into 5 protein bars and enjoy!
